الدكتورة بشائر امير عبد السادة حصلت على شهادة البكالوريوس في كلية
التربية جامعة بابل سنة 1999-2000 وكنت الخامسة على الاوائل في دفعتي
،واكملت دراسة الماجستير في جامعة بابل وحصلت على الشهادة سنة 2004،وقدتم
تعييني تدريسية في كلية التربية سنة 2006،وقمت بادئ الامر بتدريس مادة
النظم الاسلامية ومن ثم عملت على تدريس مادة الادب العباسي ،ودرست
الدكتوراة في جامعة بابل وفي هذه الاثناء عملت على تدريس مادة العربية
العامة في قسم اللغة الانكليزية في كلية التربية لمدة سنة واحدة ،وبعدها
درست مادة الشعر العباسي ،وكذلك درست العربية العامة في قسم الجغرافية الى
جانب الشعر العباسي لطلاب اللغة العربية ،حصلت على لقب مدرس سنة 2009.
