? Monitoring of the network through network monitoring software. This helps to indicate the place of the problem and its causes. Consequently, solving the problem quickly and effectively.
? Operating, maintenance, configuration, update, troubleshooting, design, and developing of large scale network devices in collaboration with team members.
? User manager, adding, removing, and changing service plan as needed.
? The responsibility for installation client internet systems including received antennas, client servers, and access points.
? Making reports about the network performance in terms of Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM), and giving these reports to the supervisor.
