المشاركات في المجتمع الاكاديمي

عمل مديرا للمركز ( مركز بابل للدراسات الحضارية والتاريخية حاليا ) سنة 2001 . نقل الى كلية التربية / قسم التاريخ مطلع عام 2002 ، عمل مقررا للدراسات الأولية في قسم التاريخ في كلية التربية 2005 -2008. ومقررا للدراسات العليا 2008 -2011 .
رقي الى درجة الاستاذية في 8/ 3 / 2009م وفق الامر الجامعي المرقم ت9869 في 29 / 4 / 2010 م .
حضر العديد من الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية ، واشترك في مؤتمر التعاون الثقافي بين العراق وإيران2- 7 مايس 2011 الذي عقد في طهران ، واشترك في الدورة التدريبية التي اقامتها وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الهند / جامعة علي كار في تشرين الاول عام 2012 وفقا الامر الوزاري المرقم 4087 في 20/ 9 / 2012م ، كما اشترك في مؤتمر جامعة قناة السوس في مصر للمدة 3 – 7 / اذار / 2013 ، واشترك في مؤتمر الجمعية المتوسطية التونسية في كانون الاول 2014 ، فضلا عن اشرافه ومناقشته لعشرات الرسائل والاطاريح الجامعية وفي عدة جامعات عراقية . وعمل رئيسا لقسم التاريخ بكلية التربية للعلوم الإنسانية (2013 - 2016) ، وحاليا أستاذا للتاريخ الحديث في القسم نفسه

Director of the Center (Babylon Center for Cultural and Historical Studies now) in 2001. Transfered to the Faculty of Education / Department of History in early 2002, worked as a Rapporteur for the initial studies in the Department of History, Faculty of Education 2005-2008 And Rapporteur for Graduate Studies 2008-2011.
  Promoted to the degree of professorship in 8/3/2009 according to the University Order No. 9869 in 29/4/2010.
  Attended several seminars and scientific conferences, participated in the conference of cultural cooperation between Iraq and Iran 2-7 May 2011 held in Tehran, and participated in the training course held by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in India / Ali Kar University in October 2012 in accordance with the Ministerial Order No. 4087 on 20/9/2012, also participated in the conference of the University of Souss in Egypt for the period 3-7 / March / 2013, and participated in the conference of the Tunisian Mediterranean Society in December 2014, as well as his supervision and discussion of dozens of theses and theses in several Iraqi universities. He served as Head of the History Department at the Faculty of Education for Humanities (2013-2016) and is currently a Professor of Modern History in the same department

He has several researches accepted for publication in scientific journals
  The researcher has prepared a book for the late Qasim Abdul Amir Ajam of his own papers under the title (project Musayyib big economic study), and printed in the Babylon Center for Cultural and Historical Studies in 2010. The volume of the book 86 pages of large size. Prof. Dr. Karim Al-Zubaidi presented the book as he wrote a summary of it and published some pictures of the late.
