شغلت العديد من المناصب الادارية والعلمية في كلية التربية حيث شغلت مقررت قسم في عام 1995 لمدة سنة واحدة ثم شغلت منصب عضو في لجنة بيت الحكمة ثم شلت منصب رئيسة قسم التأريخ في كلية التربية من عام 2003-2009 . وحاليا عضو في اللجنة العلمية والدراسات العليا كما اني ايضا عضو في اللجنة المركزية لامتحانات الكلية.

شاركت في كل المؤتمرات التي اقامتها كلية التربية للعلوم الانسانية وكلية التربية الاساسية فضلا عن مشاركتي في عدة مؤتمرات اخرى في جامعة الكوفة، وجامعة المثنى وميسان اضافة الى مؤتمر علمي في دولة ايران .
